The $399 Kitchen Suppression Service Package

A straightforward routine-maintenance price for new Stephens Advanced customers: $399 per service visit for one commercial kitchen fire suppression system with one tank.

Included in your visit

  • System inspection and necessary testing.
  • Replacement of fusible links as needed.
  • Rubber nozzle caps, small cartridges, and other maintenance items designed for regular replacement, as needed.
  • Inspection of 2–5 portable fire extinguishers (up to 5 included).

Not included

  • Periodic major maintenance required at 5-, 6-, or 12-year intervals.
  • Hydrostatic testing.
  • New equipment or other repairs.
Additional tanks
$100 per additional tank in the system, per service visit. A two-tank system is $499; a three-tank system is $599, before any applicable travel or excluded work.
Texas-wide coverage & travel
All commercial kitchen fire suppression systems in Texas are included, including CaptiveAire systems. Travel time is charged for locations outside 50 miles from Euless, Texas.
3-year price guarantee
Your $399 routine-service price is guaranteed for 3 years from your first qualifying service. Additional tanks, travel, and excluded work remain separate.
Service intervals
Visits follow applicable equipment, manufacturer, and code requirements. Kitchen suppression systems typically require semiannual service. Portable extinguisher inspections follow their applicable annual or semiannual schedule. The $399 price is per visit, not per year.
